Ridesharing is an intriguing subject – no wonder people ask you about your job all the time. If they want to follow in your track, all you have to do is give them your unique referral code and ask them to use it when signing up. It’s in their interest too, as your code gives them a bonus too.
To make the process easy and elegant, you can ask your customer specialist for a couple of Splend referral cards that you can always carry with you in your wallet.
2. Social media
To most customers, posting a selfie with their shiny new car comes naturally when they first pick it up. This always grabs the attention of their friends and followers, especially of those who are already interested in trying their luck as a rideshare driver.
It’s also the nature of the job that you’ll have plenty of stories to share as you roam the city, so finding new conversation-starters down the road shouldn’t be too difficult either.
3. Gumtree
You can post a job ad on Gumtree for free, and just tell people about your work at Splend when they reach out to you. Don’t forget to mention the bonus they can get on their joining fee if they use your referral code when signing up.
They can then decide if they want to follow through or not.
