Everything You Need to Know About Starting Your Uber Journey with Splends EV Ignition Programme.
Yes. Fully comprehensive insurance is included in your weekly subscription, which provides liability cover for you and your passengers, as well as comprehensive car cover for most day-to-day driving.
What does the pricing starts from?
Pricing for EV Ignition Programme starts from £199 per week for the first three months.
To get you started with EV Ignition Programme, there's also a one-off £199 setup fee allowing instant driver activation.
Is the setup fee refundable?
The setup fee is non-refundable, and it’s not a deposit. We use it to conduct background checks, and process your application.
What's the minimum term for EV Ignition Programme?
We have a minimum subscription period of 12 weeks, after which you can return the car at no cost.
Do I need to have a good credit history to join the EV Ignition Programme?
No, you don’t need a good credit history, and every application is considered.
What is the mileage allowance included in the EV Ignition Programme?
Your first three-month subscription comes with a 700-mile allowance included every week.
If you want to drive over the weekly mileage allowance to increase your rideshare income, there’s a small £1 charge for every 10 miles you travel over the 700 miles included in your plan – rounded to the nearest 10.
If you get upgraded to Flexi own, you get a 1,000-mile weekly allowance.
If you want to drive over the weekly mileage allowance to increase your rideshare income, there’s a small £2 charge for every 10 miles you travel over the 1,000 miles included in your plan – rounded to the nearest 10. The excess mileage you pay goes towards your car payment.
What ongoing support do I get?
At Splend, we don’t just hand you the keys and leave you hanging. You get your own Customer Specialist who is on hand to answer any questions or deal with any issues. They can help you through every step to becoming a successful on-demand driver, as well as down the road.

Do we deliver the vehicles?
No. You'll need to pick-up your car from our Hub in Cricklewood.
